"Brought my 2021 Maxima in for a simple bumper replacement and the whole ordeal turned out to be a disaster. Scheduled the appointment 2 months prior to the actual appointment. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and that the rental car would be ready when I dropped my car off. Everything was confirmed. Next day dropped the car off and no rental car was available because they “forgot”. I come back again later that day to drop the car off and picked up the rental. Everything was fine until I picked up the car 9 days later. The bumper was supposed to be replaced with a new OEM bumper and it appears they reused the old bumper and attempted to fix it. The paint job was so horrible you could see wet sand and swirl marks all over it. I told them when I picked up the car that I wasn’t happy. They said bring it back and we’ll fix it. Brought it back a week later after I had to hound them to schedule me for an appointment to get it relooked at. Dropped it off and came back same day and the paint job still wasn’t fixed. They then tried to blame me for bringing the car through a car wash which caused the swirl marks. I asked to have the bumper repaired properly and they never got back to me. Not only the receptionist but the folks behind the counter handing the repair orders were horrible when it comes to customer service. They are not friendly and the work done to the vehicle was even worse. Stay away from this business. You won’t be satisfied. I’m not even sure how they are still in business."
"After a small accident Peter's fixed my car and the work was perfect. Spotless. Customer service was great. They do book out a ways but they're worth it."
"Had my rear bumper cover repainted. Vehicle was returned washed, vacuumed and the interior wiped down. Would have been a 5 star review, but there's one employee at the front desk who isn't very friendly to deal with. On pickup and dropoff, I had to greet her to get her attention. She could probably stand to attend a 1 day training class to sharpen her customer service skills. UPDATE 7/22/2023 - While washing my car, I noticed that 4 clips that hold the bumper cover on were never reinstalled and the ones that are there are damaged - it flops around and rattles driving down the road. The bumper cover also was partially masked off and not fully repainted and the new paint doesn't match the rest of my car. TALK ABOUT SLOPPY WORK. The tech sure did find the time to adjust my driver's seat to the curvature of their rear end though and drive it 10 miles for no reason! I'm thoroughly disgusted with Peters of Nashua now. They have a bunch of hacks working there. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ANY PORTION OF THEIR BUSINESSES EVER AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!!!!"
"The service and work was excellent. I was able to drop my car off and the rental car was waiting for me. But it took exactly 1 day longer than the 30 day limit allowed by the insurance (Allstate). I picked up the car within an hour of being notified that it was ready. Neither Allstate nor Enterprise (the rental company) nor the Bump Clinic alerted me until after I dropped off the rental and picked up my car. I ended up with a $50 charge on my credit card that I wasn't expecting. The lesson is: Read your contract carefully and don't rely on courteous service and appearance of a well coordinated process to save you from excess charges. My bad! Lesson learned!"
"I came in November to fix bumper paint damage and replace a rim on my 2018 Acura TLX, Acura recommended me to go here. The day I picked my car up I noticed the steering wheel was off centered (noticeably slanted to the left side while driving straight) while driving home on the highway. I called them immediately getting home and was told to come back and they will fix it. After waiting and being told it was fixed I then left again and my car came to a sudden stall getting onto the highway with all of the sensor lights light up, could of been disastrous if there was a semi trunk or being tailgated. I got my car to drive again with all sensors still on and returned to the shop which they didn’t have a set explanation what was going on. After being there back and fourth for a few hours I was given a rental because they didn’t know how to fix the issue then got a call everything was fixed and they were not re calibrating the car on the Acura software and using Hondas because it’s “almost the same”. When leaving at close time my steering wheel was then noticeably off centered to the right side driving straight now and I refused to have them look at it 3rd time. I had to pay $150 out of pocket at Acura the following week for them to fix the problem which was the alignment not being done or poorly being done which I paid bump clinic to do in the first place. The paint damage they fixed was good but will never return or recommend this shop to anyone who wants to save themself a headache."
