"Recently, I got into an accident and had my car serviced at the Crash Champions facility in Nashua, NH. It was repaired and I received it back a couple of weeks ago. The TPMS indicator light was on the whole time but thought nothing of it since the last time I bought tires it took a day or two to turn off. I even brought that fact up to the technician when I saw him. Why was I speaking with the technician you might ask? Because they forgot to reinstall my tire tie-down I had to be inconvenienced to leave work early and meet them before they closed a 5 pm. 200 miles and 14 days later my TPMS indicator is still on. I contacted Crash Champions in Nashua and explained that it would be very inconvenient for me to come back in as my insurance rental was already returned and wonder if they could do anything for me. There is nothing they can do they said. They are not open on weekends, they do not reimburse for rentals, or have courtesy vehicles to loan. So now I am inconvenienced again, stuck either losing a day's wages or renting a car which is also another process. Does this seem fair to anyone? Why do I have to pay for someone else's neglect?"
"*****Stay away from Crash Champions***** With them cancelling multiple appointments and it taking two weeks to get my vehicle seen for an adjustment; after the adjustment was completed….. here i am two weeks later still waiting on a copy of the adjustment to take to the auto body shop! It’s been over a month since the accident and these incompetent people are holding up my ability to get my vehicle fixed! The disconnect between everyone there is absolutely astounding! Their motto is their trying to build the nations premier auto body repair experience- This has been the worst auto body experience of my life! Again-“Stay away from Crash Champions”"
"Do not bring your car here if you want it back in a reasonable amount of time. They are far too busy to give your car priority. Rather than focusing on a few cars at a time and getting them done, they have way too many cars and focus on none of them. They had my car for 8 weeks even though it was just a minor rear ending that required 40 man-hours of labor (per the invoice). Also, as other reviews have mentioned, communication was terrible. I had to call any time I wanted an update."
"The work done was very meticulous. I was very pleased with the completed work. Zach and Carly were both outstanding customer service reps, keeping me posted with updates every step of the way. I would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone in need of collision repairs!"
"Terrible quality work, took an unreasonable amount of time(4 weeks) to do a bumper, headlight l and some other small stuff. Communication was nil. Would never go back if I had the option, and would not recommend to anyone who actually cares what their car looks like"
