"I started bringing my Lincoln there 6 months ago for a shake and some suspension noise that is still there. They replaced the transfer case and transmission, but the problems still exists. Since it took them six months, I am no longer under warranty. It took them that long because there were never rentals available parts needed to be ordered and so on. Now I just got it back after the latest 17 day repair and the entire lift gate is completely out of whack. It barely closes and is not lined up, It wasn't that way when I brought it there. Someone forced it closed or something. someone bent something. It took a great deal of force to do that. Second time I picked it up with undisclosed damage. I was hoping to establish a relationship with a local dealer. One of my neighbors works there, I really wanted to have a good experience and go there in the future. The stories kept changing in service. I'll have my body guy fix the lift gate and never go near this place again. If I never have to listen to their garbled up 30 year answering machine tape of a hold message again it will be too soon. Boo!"
