"Zero stars. How this place still in business I'm sure I don't know. Tried to mail a pre-paid Amazon return and asked for a receipt. I was told, "No, all you need is the tracking number. " I told him that I once returned something that was lost or never got scanned somehow and was charged for the item, so could I please get a receipt. Again he told me, "No." So I left with my package. Go somewhere else, thank me later."

"I have used this center for years, but today will be my last time. I went in to mail a package on Monday, spent extra for priority to have my package arrive in Alaska in 2 days. On Wednesday my mail woman delivered my package back to my home mailbox because there was no postage put on my package. I went back in to the center and gave the package back to the gentleman behind the counter. He couldn’t understand how it happened. He re labeled the package and said all set. I was like, no I am not all set! I paid extra for 2 day delivery and it didn’t happen, can’t you do anything for me, maybe reimburse me for the inconvenience? Sure I can give you your money back, but then I won’t ship your package. Really? Poor customer service. I will never ship with them. Back to the post office. It is cheaper, just a little less convenient,"
