The girls in the office were so kind, informative, and got me exactly what I needed quickly. Not only did they make the process extremely simple for someone who has never had to deal with a repair, they also did an excellent job making the work performed perfect. They actually had my vehicle ready two days earlier than anticipated and looking brand new. 10/10 recommend if you need work! While you never wish to have repairs needed to be made, if you do this is the place."

Kincaid worked with our insurance company, seamlessly. They had our car ready in the timeframe they quoted us, and on top of everything else, they helped me figure out how to pick up our car when I had no one in the office to help me at the time. Two of their employees drove separately to drop off my car and then head back to their office, totally free of charge. Super customer service!"

"Had a great experience over at Kincaid. Had a complete cab and bed replacement on my F350 after I hit black ice and wrapped it around a metal pole. Was a huge job; the truck looks, feels, and drives like nothing ever happened to it, actually, better than it was before the crash! They handled all the claim work with the insurance company and kept me in the loop with all the work being done. I would say they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the truck was done right, not rushed. Bill, Kevin, Paige and everyone else was great to deal with and I highly recommend the work and the experience. They were able to quickly find used parts for this model year, and even sent some of them back if they weren’t in great condition. What else can you ask for? Thanks guys!"
