We had an emergency brake situation and were stranded. They made us an appointment and then suggested other garages near by for us to check to see if we could get in earlier. They were kind, gracious, courteous, thoughtful and punctual, more than that they cared more about us getting repaired and having service than them having to be the ones who did it. I've been going to Mushcook's Garage for 6 years now and Glen has kept my old 1998 Buick LaSabre running like a top the whole time. There have been numerous times when Glen could have charged me a lot of money to fix something but did not. Top notch honest mechanics are rare these days but Glen is one of them. UPDATE-The first part of this review is from the spring (2016). Today I called them because my drivers seat was stuck in the fully reclined position and wouldn't go up. I could tell they were busy, but they made time for me to come in and they got the seat up for me so I can drive comfortably and safely. Thanks!"
