"Just got great customer service for the second time in just over two weeks. Thank you Fitzroy! Got 4 new snow tires on January 12. Did get the Tire Maintenance ++. So worth it! I got a flat tire on Sunday, January 28th. A trip to the town dump resulted in a flat piece of metal that punctured the tire. Unbelievable! My husband put on a spare, and by Tuesday I was back at VIP for a new tire covered by their tire maintenance plan. Fitzroy and VIP really took care of me and my car. I highly recommend their service."
