Our sales person, Lisa, was prepared for us with a vehicle ready to test drive as soon as we walked in for our appointment. She had answers readily at hand for every aspect of the buying process...about the car, about financing, and about service. The sales manager, Bri, made the paperwork end of the process quick and painless. She, also, was well-informed and had answers for every question we asked. Staff member, Thomas, went over the vehicle with us, top to bottom, front to back, making sure we were familiar with all of the operations, as well as setting it up with our phones before we drove off the lot.
