"Just had sandwiches at the China Maritime Farms. They were very good and the woman who made them for us was very pleasant and helpful. The young man at the register was also very pleasant. Realize it's very difficult to find and keep good employees now, but must say this building needs attention. The windows are filthy as are the floors."
