"Good guys, here. The Floor Manager (I assume that's what he is - he's been there for a coupla yrs), good dude, very solid customer service skills. I feel these folks treat me well, treat me with respect, every time I patronize the establishment. It's always a chill vibe in the place and there always seems to be an earnest attempt by the workers to cultivate a healthy rapport with their customers. I like the product line. I'm happy to see that they recently expanded the floor space, redesign, etc. Great work, fellas!! Keep it up."

"My first time I stopped into here I was just going to look around (first time into a hydroponic store). When I walked through the doors it was intimidating since it’s rows of nutrients and supplies (if I had one suggestion it would be to put prices on the item or a price catalog). I didn’t have a lot of time so I came back the following week. When I got into the store and employee named Chris, I explained my situation and generally how I would like to proceed with my grow and that I was only doing research that day. He showed me around to a few lines of products he would suggest (one more budget friendly and another one that is more high end.) as well as the medium type. I will be going there hopefully today or this week to buy the organic line of nutrients. He explained everything to me in terms I was able understand and I really appreciated that. I have high hopes this will be a good store to shop."

"They have a lot of stuff and it's great if you know what you're doing and exactly what you need. I don't have a clue. I went in and heard them asking everyone but me if they need help. Went to the counter and asked for help. I stood there about another 20 minutes, then the guy I asked for help said "you're still here?", I almost lost my temper but I needed help with fertilizer. I know they won't miss my business but I will be in the market for a store that might care a little more about small time customers."
