"This is a great short hike to a gorgeous waterfall. To get some of the pictures I did you have to walk around the new fence and go down by the old one."
"It's amazing to find that a rocky water fall exists only two miles from the ocean. This might be the closest waterfall to the ocean in the lower 48 states. The water and the rocks reminded me of waterfalls that you would expect to see in the Rocky Mountains. Mind you, this is not much of a waterfall, but the trail to the falls and the waterfall is very much worth the effort to find this place. The trails are well shaded by the large trees in the park. It's all very pretty. Several hiking trails and the trails are well marked and maintained by volunteers. Parking was readily available the day we went. Surprisingly, there were not many people there. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. No restrooms."
