"My husband having problems breathing and got right into the ER. They were great!!! Oh course we had to wait eight hours for labs, tests, etc. but somewhat expected from past experience. It would be nice to have it shorter. Doctor, nurses and all involved were great. Thank you so much."

"I spent 24 hours in the ER, needless to say it was an unpleasant stay. I understand that they didn't have the equipment to test my debrillator but I am also a diabetic and had not eaten anything. My doctor said I could eat and drink but every time I rang the call button no one answer. I am not an impatient person but even when I hollered no one came. Not eating for 24 hours is not good for a diabetic. I would think that being in the medical field they would know that. LUCKILY I had some one with me and she got peanuts and crackers out of the vending machine. Luckily I won't be going there again. I'd give them a zero"

"Being from out of state and needing emergency care can be stressful. CMMC was an absolutely wonderful experience, with friendly, professional, and attentive staff. We were provided a disc copy of x-rays for my son to take to our local orthopedic doctor without having to ask. Despite being busy and a trauma coming in, we still received the best care with minimal waits."

"My and my husband’s experience today was that all of the staff - intake people, nurses and doctors - were kind, friendly, went out of their way to apologize and keep us updated if things were taking awhile (which I really didn’t feel they were … all in all we were there about 4 hours and in that time received an assessment, a cat scan, blood work, an IV treatment and doctor consultations). I could tell the staff, who are working in a less than glamorous and underfunded hospital facility, were trying to treat (with compassion) many drug-seeking individuals between other true emergencies, and I appreciated how they were juggling it all. Emergency rooms are not 5 star hotels where anyone should expect luxury and pampering … they are hectic hubs where overworked professionals are doing their best to manage many chaotic situations. I appreciate all the help they were able to give us- thank you CMMC ER!"
