"Not only this place is robbing customers...2 minutes per quarter, they are not receptive to your complaint. I had 4 dryers going, always separating my laundry as to what may take longer to dry, and never over load. I had about the same amount of time on each dryer. 2 of the dryers dried well, but the dryer with my tank top and t shirts did not dry. I told them, but they did not care to give me any change or refund to get them dry. The guy argued with me that they can't because who knows how much I put in the machine. And not one of the two employees there would come to tell me that they couldnt help me. I had to go to them and ask again. All I got was we can't since nobody complained about it. The guy argued out loud that I was the only one who complaint. Do they not take into consideration that perhaps their dryer is not drying properly, and perhaps check and clean the lint out?!!!! I moved them to another dryer and add a few damped towels. Add $2 more minutes to dry...it should be dry since it is already semi dry. Nope! Still damp!!!! This place is deliberately setting the dryer to take your money the first 12 minutes since they say it is just warming up! So if that is the case...why did the other 2 dryer dried well?! Somebody should report this place for robbing customers. Also, some of their washers are not working. They sent a woman who has no clue how to fix it. She even did not know one of the doors to the machine was not locked until I told her... as to why the machine was not starting. And how unsanitized! She crawled onto one of the tables with her shoes. Noone sanitized it after. As the owner, you should know nearby laundromats do not rob customers. 6+ minutes per quarter is more reasonable. Please take this as a constructive criticism, do not reply to my review with a ridiculous comment like you do with the others."

"2 minutes for $.25 on the dryers now. That is half of the time they offered the last time we did laundry. What a rip off! Guess we will be using one of the many other laundromats that aren't price gouging their customers."

"I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 4 years now, and I’ve never had anything bad to say about it until recently. The woman who used to always be here working kept it extremely clean, picked up, and tidy. The past two times I’ve gone here, there are dryer sheets and all sorts of dirt and debris all over the floor, and dust on top of the machines; it’s extremely discouraging. Some of the prices have even increased, which makes me feel like I’m paying more for lesser quality and service, which isn’t right. I hope the usual woman who works here returns because she works very hard to keep this place so nice and clean, and it’s very appreciated by people like me who come here strictly for the cleanliness and order."
