"Yancy was straight out busy as is usual. I was traveling for business and could not be here while he worked. He re-mortared the chimney top, capped it with a steel top, sealed the bricks, and cleaned the chimney. He got the job done on his own schedule which was all right with me. I am very happy with his work and I have passed his name on to a contractor that I work with often, but I know Yancy has all the work he needs. If you understand how busy he is, and will be a little understanding about that, you will be very happy with his work. The workmanship is top notch and he has the certifications to support his work.
