"Very friendly staff one lady stayed 3-4 mins later as I was only washing my clothes because my washer died and I didn’t think a small washer was going to take longer than the 60lb washer and she was very nice about it and now today the gentleman working recognized I was wearing a Steelers hat and went out of his way to ask me if I’d rather him put the Steelers game on instead of the chiefs game asides all that it’s always very clean here washers wash great friendly people 5 stars"

"This was my first time visiting this laundromat. I found it to be very clean and I loved the size of the washing machines. The staff that was there was Holly and Kyla who were so helpful and pleasant helping myself and others. Working hard to keep the laundromat clean. They deserve a pay raise to keep them. I gave them a tip to get themselves lunch and keep up the great work they do. I did get charged for one machine 2 times but only used it once but I swiped twice as it did not come on. It was your big machine and I did check my bank and I was charged twice. Obviously it was a earror on your machine which I did show Holly who said as it showed pending check it later and if it goes theough a refund would be given. It did go tbrough. The only negative that happened was 2 women who came in started a huge argument over the big machine and they started swearing at a older lady and insulting another lady who then left with her children. I spoke with with them and told them to calm down and I was then insulted and told to go back to my country and I did not belong here. I am British with a thick accent. I spoke with Holly and they are regulars there. I feel they need to be banned from EVER coming into your laundromat again as they are chasing your nice customers away. I was told this was not the first incident with them. I am a retired police officer of 22 years. It is your laundromat and you do what you want to but I saw 2 ladies leave after being threatened and sworn at. I will be coming in today to do my laundry. Sincerely Lorraine."

"Today was my last time coming here to do laundry! I loved coming here because they open early and it’s quiet. Unfortunately, there are more cons than pros. Cons: 1. Super expensive! Prices rose on washers a little and dryers went up quite a bit.( yes prices are going up everywhere but the prices on dryers doubled!) 2. They open at 5am( which is awesome) but there is no one on site to help with machines, the new card machine, or to unlock the bathroom. They don’t come in until 7 am. 3. It’s dirty. The floor is gross. The tables and counters are dirty too. The machines are ok. Pros: they are open at 5 am. Get there as close to opening as possible or it will hard to find a washer especially if you want a larger washer( 80lb or 60lb). Going back to Broadway, cleaner, reasonable prices, and someone is always on site!"
