"an unprofessional service. I brought my jacket in last week and was told I would be given a phone call when I brought it in. They told me it would be done Tuesday. They then never called me. I showed up on Wednesday to pick up my jacket. It still was not done. Upon picking it up they had asked me what was on it. Truth be told I had no idea I work in a dirty industry (hotel) and somewhere along the line something got on the front of the jacket. He then told me it would only be another five minutes before it was ready been told me to leave because it would be another 30 to 45. Number one I I understand their concerns with biohazard’s, but I truthfully had no idea what’s on my jacket. And frankly, that’s kind of the point of bringing it to a dry cleaner, the number to the overpromising, and under delivered where expected at the service to be at. Probably not gonna be looking to use this business in the future."

"Dry cleaning on suit average. Lady with glasses that works the front is extremely rude and impatient. I tried to give a phone number to her and the first was wrong so I knew it was the other number, and she immediately started giving me attitude, interrupting me, wouldn’t let me tell her the other number, blurting out random numbers saying I gave her the wrong one (numbers I didn’t even say or get to tell her because she got annoyed and wouldn’t let me tell her the number). Definitely will not be going back or recommending due to her specifically. Easy enough to find a better dry cleaners, I’d rather make the drive to Portland and go out of my way."

"I went to get a formal dress hemmed. Maria was great to work with. Reasonable price, and incredibly fast turnaround. In less than a week she finished and had steamed my dress for free, versus other places where they're booked out until November. Very happy with the service."

"I had bought a pair of uniqlo jeans that did not come hemmed at the bottom. This was a concern because there was little material as the jeans were at a good length. Maria, the seamstress with J and J Cleaners was very welcoming and paid close attention to material and threading used. There was an issue with payment when I came to pickup however this was resolved and I received my jeans. I thought they did an excellent job. I understand the material was difficult to work with but this is exactly the look I wanted. I'm glad they were around to do this. Not many places around do alterations."

"J & J cleaners are awesome! I run a VRBO and they wash and fold my sheets within a day. The price is incredibly reasonable as well. I truly appreciate their fine work."
