"I wish I could leave a better review. But I can’t. They tell you they’ll “train you” bring you in show you the place ask if you have questions but don’t show you the specific way they want their cleans done. Then want you to do big office buildings by yourself untrained then complain when they’re not done the way they want them done. And then they tell you you can use your phone to clock in because it tracks your exact location and then when you use your phone to clock in they try to not pay you and tell you you’re “stealing time”. Do better “Above and Beyond”. I cleaned my first clean I was supposed to do Tuesday night then didn’t do my second clean and quit NEVER clocked in for my second clean, because I was to worked up and worried they were going to think I wasn’t going to do a good job. Once again. But won’t take the time to come train you the correct way.I will be taking legal action should I not get paid for MY TIME."

"I really don't understand where the bad reviews about this company comes from. The people who work for Above & Beyond are the nicest ever and everyone is so willing and ready to help out whenever! I've only been with the company for a short time but so far it's one of the most wholesome and enjoyable jobs I've ever had and I look forward to continuing with them!"

"Above and Beyond has been a great place to work. They have very flexible schedules and are laid back employers. As long as you show up and do your job, they won't bother you. They may contact you if they see you may have been missing a thing or two on your duties, but I have never received or felt that there was any power tripping involved. It has been more of a "hey, noticed some dusting has been lacking in these areas, just keep an eye out for it." If you are looking for a job where you don't have someone constantly looking over your shoulder and is micro managing you and also kind of want to make your own schedule, this is the place to be! Listings for job openings will be on their site and it will give you the times that you are able to go in, but you choose when you go in after that time. It's perfect for moms like myself, to be able to go to work when I can. Also, being able to choose accounts close to home."

"I spent 5 years cleaning with this company. They have many different types of accounts from 1-5 days a week cleaning everything from buildings to office to bank cleaning. They bring you in and show you the ropes so you know what your doing and have laminated lists for each job. I received several raises for my reliability (always showing up) and constructive criticism to help make the clean better and easier. All supplies are provided and someone is always available if you have a question or concern. Each clean is flat rated with extra time built in, such as getting paid 3 hours for a job that usually only takes 2 hours. I did not leave due to the company but due to family matters that prevented me from having the additional time. I highly recommend them based on my experience with the cleaning and people."

"As a previous employee for this business I can say I highly recommend them. I cleaned with them for over a year and it was an amazing experience. They hold their employees to a high standard which produces amazing results. During my time with A&B I experienced flexible management and created a good relationship with all my supervisors. They were always giving me opportunities for work. I highly recommend hiring them if you are in need of janitorial services. As a smaller note, my Manager I dealt with directly Deanna, was an amazing manager. She worked with me if I needed to switch something, and even covered shifts when I was sick or injured. She is a big reason I had so much fun working there."
