":( 2024 No credit card or debit card availability to use the machines !! FYI not everybody’s carrying coin cash and not everybody wants to load a card with cash and be stuck with a balance on it afterwards. I came here because I wanted to be able to wash my laundry due to the fact that my dryer broke, and I had to order a a new one But they’re on backorder with Lowe’s and won’t be here for a couple of weeks. I don’t wanna get stuck with a card that I’ll never use again and I sure don’t want to have this inconvenience so I’m going somewhere else. Such a bummer because I’m trying to support the local economy here in Berlin"

"A joke. Must use a card. In order to get the card, you have to have a 5 dollar bill. Can't get change, can't use a debit/credit card. Try to get change from stores nearby, and they say no! Had 3 washers loaded ready to go. Pulled all my clothes out and left to go down to Gorham. It's 2023. Don't make it easy for you. Make it easy for your customers!"

"My 1st visit here, it's very clean and spacious. Downside is both triple loaders were out of order and a few dryers as well. Also have to buy their special card for all machines using cash only to do so."

"Honestly I would much rather go to the laundry room in Gorham New Hampshire yes it's tiny yes it's older machines but I haven't lost I'm the one in Berlin is big and has newer machines but also you have to purchase a card for $3 and then put them on the card to use on machine literally I have now as of tonight lost 60 some odd dollars within not even 10 visits to this laundromat. And if you're going to ask why not ask about getting my money back well I would do that if anybody was ever there or answered their business phone but nobody ever is and nobody ever answers the phone so there's that I don't know"
