"Have been bring my Cairn terrier there for a long time. They did good work. Well our dog got bred and could not be groomed during pregnancy and at least 6 weeks after giving birth. Called and left several messages about bringing her in to be groomed. They never returned calls. Called and the guy said they couldn't take her as it has been to long and took newer clients in. I guess being a long time customer means nothing to them. Their customer service is pathetic."
