"If you read nothing else, know that I was a very pleased first time cat boarder. This was the first time I have ever boarded a cat, so needless to say I was very nervous. Kai is a 6 month old ball of energy and I did not want him home alone for the 10 days I was out of the country. Unfortunately, I was not able to drop him off due to timing so I was unable to see the facility or meet Claire prior to drop off. Before Kai was dropped off I talked to Claire over the telephone and she asked all the right questions and even called the vet herself to get all of his information which I greatly appreciated. When it did come time for me to pick him up I finally saw the facility. It was clean, and there seemed to be a lot of toys. I really appreciated that each cat had it's own personal play time as to not cross germs, or cause territorial issues. Claire knew exactly what kind of toys Kai liked to play with and seemed very genuine and kind. She walked me out to the car and buckled Kai's carrier in for me. It was clear that she is someone who will take great care of your loved cats. You may be able to find a cheaper service, but even as a struggling student I would pay to send my kitty Kai there anytime I need to. The service, care, and secure feeling is worth every penny to make sure your kitty is given the upmost care."
