"Definitely be cautious when booking a site, put in your total length, i had to change sites when arriving as my bumper was in the road and toungue jack was going down hill, the office was nice enough to move us. Be careful of where you are if it rains. We are now under water on our site, along with our neighbors."

"Clean facilities and well kept but sites (we had a large premium back in) are very narrow and open with limited privacy. Their rules are written in a way that makes it almost impossible to interpret when quiet hours are. It states: "Our quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am daily, unless otherwise dictated by on-site staff or local regulations. Please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day." So basically if you're near people who want you quiet at 8pm (or in our case 9:15pm) they will enforce it. In our case a bunch of kids were playing a relatively loud game; yes they are kids, they are loud, they were having fun and not on devices. It was 9:15 and while a couple of rude guests did ask them (via yelling and approaching parents) to quiet down, one of the workers heard them from the other side of the property (narrow property at that) he came over and rudely yelled at the kids directly after we said they were ours (we had 4 sites there, 17 people total). Upon approaching him to de-escalate the situation he proceeded to be very disrespectful to us as the parents, telling us to control our kids and how to parent them and wouldn't listen to any reason. The following day the GM called me and they came to our site to discuss what happened. The GM was very polite but basically re-iterated the policy I stated above which is vague. The other worker did apologize on request. We have camped at a lot of different campgrounds and never experienced something like this. While there were no issues for the rest of the stay, I would NOT return to this location and truly hope other Sun Outdoors locations approach conflict in a mature way."

"We were just there this week for a 4 nights vacation. Very friendly staff, nice location (literaly one mile to the beach - although there are some nicer beaches in the area), lots of trees, very clean place. Very, very quiet at night and well maintained. Cons are it's expensive (9$ for a tiny wood bundle and that 75$ site lock free is ridiculous, IMO). But overall we've really enjoyed our stay. The pros outweigh the cons."

"Incredibly unprofessional staff, inconvenient site set up, and false advertising. We payed for 2 deluxe RV sites, expecting the Sun Outdoors pamphlet to hold true, stating "Only one pup tent may act as a secondary unit on a site at the discretion of Sun Outdoors as site size allows..." We were informed upon arrival that we were not allowed ANY tents, despite the clearly quoted statement and ample room at our sites. When questioned, staff members responded with a lousy "there is nothing I can tell you". Besides our inability to sleep comfortably with our amount of guests, we are also unable to start our campfire because of the close proximity to the trees and neighboring sites. We are extremely disappointed in this experience, and do not look forward to our stay here."

"“One pup tent may act as a secondary unit on a site at the discretion of Sun Outdoors as site size allows, and must be taken down during the day” - we booked the largest deluxe hook up site we could FOR THIS REASON. There is PLENTY of room for a small pop up per their rules and regulations, yet they will not allow us to set it up. Our sites fire pit is also SO close to the next sites camper, we cant have a fire. We camp 5 months out of every year at different camp grounds across several states, this place so far is the absolute worst and we have only been here for an hour. Wish we booked elsewhere."
