"Our dog died on Friday, and we took him there to get cremated. We paid extra to get a fur clipping and clay impression of one of his feet to remember him by. Got a text this morning that his ashes were ready for collection, and get there to find out they didn't do the fur or the clay impression. It was on the order form, and we paid for it, and it's certainly too late to fix now, so just be aware if you're thinking of going there."
