After receiving a call from the vacationer renters, my landlord asked me to find an appliance repair person to come over and fix the stove and washing machine. I found Presidential Appliance in Wells on the internet. I called and spoke to Paul on a Monday evening and he was at the rental the next day at 1:00 to make the repairs.
