"Great company but yet lacks customer service skills, when it comes to personal life saving measures, it's winter and they told me to screw off when I confronted them via phone about my furnace and they are refusing to properly repair and or replace my heat exchanger unit now as a ln armed forces veteran, they have now made it clear that they don't care about veterans or others it's illegal to shut one's heat or electricity off in winter"
