He did a great job of creating a plan for grading the land to fit local codes, managing communication with code enforcement, and explained everything in detail. I was impressed with how Seth explained how he was customizing the support infrastructure in the concrete to work with the specific slopes and drainage of the land so that the concrete is less likely to crack over time. Seth was great to communicate with, always answered calls or emails, kept me up to date, offered a competitive price, always showed up to work when he said he would and did fantastic work overall. "I had Seth come give me a quote to remove and haul away 20 stumps. At that time I wanted to know what he would charge to remove an additional 14 stumps and haul away for a total of 34. He only quoted me $200 more then my 1st quote and he cut the extra 14 trees down, limbed and hauled all brush away which was not part of my 1st quote. The price was awesome on he was as well as everything was done and clean up in one day. I highly recommend and plan on using him agian for more trees."
