"We did an annual tune up again this year, and after the guys left, we had an electrical issue. Mark came out again (on a Saturday), to take a look at it, suggested an electrician he trusted. That electrician came out and fixed it quickly as well. The fact that Mark did not know if the issue was related or not to the AC unit (it wasn't-just a bad outlet), coming out a second time and to refer someone quickly, shocked me on his kindness. Went above and beyond to come take a look for us on what was going on. Affordable, trustworthy and kind! Will always refer this company."

"Pro-Tech did not honor a warranty for a heat pump installed in my house, and the customer service was very disappointing. I called for service more than two months ago, and was repeatedly strung along--repeatedly told that someone would come "next week". Only after more than 5 calls was I told that, while parts might be under warranty, service would be charged because I was a "new customer" (the previous owner installed the unit), I was not a priority, and it could be $300 just for the site visit and travel alone. Disappointing that they cannot do better to stand by the work that they installed, regardless of home ownership changing. And worse is that after poor communication and being misled for months, I now need to find a different repair company which could take another month+ to schedule in these busy times. I will look elsewhere for additional heat pumps to get installed in the house."

"Really great people! Polite over the phone and after describing the problem with my wall mount, the guy knew exactly the part to go buy before he came over. He was in and out of there pretty quickly and for a reasonable price."

Very clean both in appearance and work area. Boiler that was ordered came in a timely fashion and was installed in the same manner. "As a small business owner trying to support a local hvac repair company, I am very disappointed. I started by calling originally for regular maintenance. That service call went well and I was satisfied. The hvac units needed further work and was told to call when I was ready. When the time came I made the call. I spoke with the service tech. He said he was very busy and I would be a few weeks. I was okay with this. After 2 months and several phone calls to their office, I was basically told that my business was not worth the effort to come back. We are currently in the winter months and my business does not have heat. This could have been avoided if the tech had kept his word. The moral is, if you are a small business don't bother calling Pro Tech. If you're not a huge account with a big bank role, you're not worth their time."
