"Sean Murphy is a thief!! He installed a new up-flush pump (1400) and when I asked for the receipt for the warranty he disappeared with no explanation! A fellow master plumber and friend from Boston suggested that I only had a clog on my old upflush pump and that all Shawn did was clear the debris($200-300) and charge me for a pump!! Being a Veteran myself is one of the reasons I hire him in the first place and I was never offered the 15% discount for veterans!! Other tell tale signs should have been warning signs for myself but I try to find the best and trust in others especially veterans!! Will be on court soon to make sure this wolf in sheep’s clothing never does this to anyone again and understands that dishonest services like this is never a good thing anywhere for anyone!!"

"HORRIBLE, that's the only way to describe Murphys plumbing. The plumber showed up and said he had to go to the store to get parts, he never came back. After 4 attempts to reach him he sent a text saying he'd be back the next day. He wanted me to pay him $1,400.00 through his cash app account. Of course I didn't because he didn't do any work at the time. The next day he never showed up and he never let me know he wasn't coming. I wasted the entire day waiting for him and he never called or showed up. The plumber I have from a different business charged me $758.00. half of what the other plumber wanted up front."

"I had an emergency with an upflushing toilet in our rental unit. Tried for 48 hours to find someone, with no luck. Then someone suggested Murphy. I filled out the web form on their site, and got a response within an hour or so. Sean rearranged and came out a few hours later. "The mixing valve on my shower was not working so I contacted Sean to seek an estimate. He communicates very well through text and we were able to perform a rough estimate through text and pictures. I requested an on-site consultation to verify it was the mixing valve. He determined it was and also was concerned with the DIY that was down to the pipes/pex in the wall. He provided a reasonable estimate and offered a 15% discount for being a veteran. Work was done in about 4 hours and everything now works and looks great. I would hire Sean again for any other plumbing job I have. I like to support our veterans who start their own businesses and do quality work. I am very happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work."
