"I called for an emergency after hours and was connected to Tom, the owner, and he came right away. He only charged $200 for an emergency visit, more than half less than any other person I called, and he diagnosed and fixed the simple problem immediately. This is very different from another person I talked to, who falsely diagnosed my problem based on photos he asked me to send him of my furnace.
