"These guys fixed my tv a while back while it was under warranty for that I’m Thankful, however fast forward a year or two and the same exact part mysteriously goes. (That’s two power supplys / backlight nonsense in 3 years total.) now I can shrug off the manufacturers part being defective and it failing in the first year, that’s why there’s warranty’s sure, but it hasn’t been long since they fixed my tv and now it’s dead again. Not sure what kind of cheap parts were used but it shouldn’t be breaking this soon after. Tried calling them during Friday business hours, no answer. Emailed them about getting it repaired again. This time they won’t come here apparently, not to mention they want a 125$ deposit that I won’t get back if they don’t have parts to fix it, and if they do have the parts it’ll be close to $300 more to do the job. Which is more than the retail value of the tv at this point. Wouldn’t recommend anyone gets repairs here as they won’t last for long, once you’re out of the warranty window they will gauge you for anything they can . Buyer beware"

Chadwick was prompt and exceptionally courteous. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he was able to fix the problem. We experienced a level of customer service that is rare these days.
