"Went in on April 17th to have taxes done… their computer “crashed” and they were unable to file the return; but not before they collected the $405 for their “service”. Have made MULTIPLE attempts to get a refund for payment of services NOT rendered. Finally have had to refute charges on the credit card. Still have not seen justice for their incompetent and thoroughly unprofessional handling of the case. Have had contact with the main office in Augusta with no progress. VERY DISSATISFIED with Jackson-Hewitt!"

"I filled my tax last year , I didn’t received my tax return, when I called to the IRS they told me that you didn’t filed your tax !!! I pay them 118 $ for this but the lady was unprofessional!!! After a 2-3 months I called them about this situation, they told that they’re not responsible for anything that happened with me , because they didn’t know how to filed tax and again I filed my tax in another place and I received my tax returns and everything is fine !!! I will never recommend such a places for anyone , places don’t waste your time with these guys !!!"
