"My house had poor ventilation in the attic causing ice buildup in the winter time. A couple years ago, I hired a different company in the area to resolve these issues. Long story short, that company took about a week to do the job and they still didn't fix the issue and I was left with a lot less money and the same issues that following winter. Something needed to get done so I turned to Andrew this year who came highly recommended from my peers. Andrew came in, listened to my concerns and suggested that a ridge vent and a vented roof be installed. Andrews crew came in and got everything done in A DAY (with some very minor touch ups and trim pieces the following day). His crew cleaned everything up as I had no issues with stray roofing nails in the backyard where my children and dogs play. I've attached two pictures below that illustrate the before and after of this project. In the first picture, you can see the area that wasn't being properly vented as the clear outline of missing frost illustrates. In the second, you can see that the frost is holding and maintaining a cool temp across the entire roof showing proper and adequate ventilation. We've recently had a couple inches of snow as of this writing and I've seen no sign of ice buildup of any kind throughout my roof. Your home is your most valuable asset and you can trust that A.M.
