"Would highly suggest anywhere but here, seriously your neighbors house over here. Went in for sleep troubles and was met with rudeness and antidepressant suggestions. Was then completely ignored and uncared for. For the sake of your health support any other office so this one eventually gets closed and more patients don’t have to suffer"

"They don't support their doctors or anyone in the practice backing up their patients. They will leave you out to dry after 3-4yrs of care from a doctor.. what a joke! Not recommended if you want real help for your medical issues."

"Keiko Kurita is so great, I have been going to her for about 4 years. She is always willing to research things she may not know & is always up to date with current recommendations for medical treatments!"

"I am hopeful that I will never be able to find a worse doctor's office. When I have brought up that a medication is not working for me, I have been told that my health was too unstable to stop taking the medication. However, clearly I am not in a worrying enough condition because they never refill my meds in time and I have frequently been forced to go without my medication for weeks on end due to their negligence. Something really needs to be done about this place, they are really hurting their patients."

"I worked at Lovejoy for many years, it was then family oriented. Dr. Forman retired but it still was made for the family, the staff cared and would try their very best to get you an appointment ASAP if needed. Now that Dr.West has left—the care has gone down hill. Staff doesn’t appear to care! Recently I called for my husband who was having a problem,not emergency,but was put on hold,twice, 20 minutes at a time. We go for our annual Medicare reviews and just a few questions are asked,no exam,no explanations, medications are reviewed but nothing asked if there is any problems. We lived this place, but not now. Sorry guys, wish you could be somewhat like the one past—Family Oriented!"
