"Horrible service. Wife had a typical appointment months in advance. For me to drive her, we both had to cut into work hours to make the appointment happen. Less than an hour until the appointment time, doctor's office calls to cancel. Huge waste of time and no compensation will be had."
"I see Dr. Brodsky and he is wonderful. He always is very warm and welcoming, listens to my concerns with care and gives great suggestions. Anytime I have needed an appointment or something comes up with scheduling, he does his best to get me in asap. Even at times calls me himself. I am very happy to have him as my PCP. Everyone at this branch has been really great. Thank you to the entire LA internal medicine team!"
"Dr. Sheikh and whoever else was involved suggested I set up an appointment with an office that doesn't provide the treatment they suggested. It's been a month and no other suggestions came up. Definitely seemed like a rush job to get me in and out of the office without providing any actual help, only speculation with no course of action to achieve answers."
"Dr Sheikh is ... well he's arrogant and not that smart. He is; unfortunately common for Maine. A hyper rural state doesn't garner or retain quality educated individuals. Two flagrantly illegal diagnostic activities occurred under Dr Sheikh."
"My wife and I are both patients here. We really like Dr. Hatfield, but the support staff are lacking. For example, I went in on 2/24/21 with a painful, swollen knee. Dr. Hatfield was out, so I saw the NP Judy, who we also like. Sent me for x rays, saying I would hear back that afternoon or the next morning. By 2 PM the next day, nothing. Called for results, no nurses were available at the time, but they would call me. Not so. By then my knee was fine, but I would still like to know what the X-rays I paid for had to say. Unfortunately, that is what happens more often than not, taking multiple calls for most issues. I assume they are understaffed, not really their fault, but I could be wrong. Had there been a serious issue with my knee, and I still don’t know there wasn’t, how long before I would know about it and get medical attention? Sorry to have to even submit this review, but if nothing is said, nothing will be done."
