"Never again. I have a very simple return. One 10-99 and it cost me 700 to file not to mention 2 and a half hours. The woman was not knowledgeable and seemed confused most of the time. I had to point out spelling errors and more. I have no idea what the fees were and it's not on my paper work. Wasn't allowed to read loan paperwork until after I filed with them. Which if I had I wouldn't have filed with them. Horrible service. Outrageous pricing. Forced to file as a business which cost more when I'm only me and I have no business."
