"From start to finish, I did not have a good experience at this tax prep location. I was called at one point after making the initial appointment to be told I'm eligible for 50% off as a new customer, then called again to be told that was a mistake 3 days later, a day before the appointment. While on the phone, I ask if there is anything I need to bring, i'm told my ID/drivers license, and all the documents i'll need. This was also not true as I got to the appointment and was asked for my social security card, which caused me have to go back to my home and get it while I missed the quesitons and information portion of the filing. I returned, and come to find that my tax preparator did not really seem to know how to answer questions I had about my taxes, and had technological issues every few minutes. The manager comes over to tell me right in front of my prep person that this guy particularly has been having technological issues. My appointment was at 10am and i was not able to leave until 12:04... it took over 2 hours to do this. With all of these factors, I asked the manager if I could get the 50% discount and that my experience hasn't been good, or some kind of discount and she says "there is nothing I can do". I have gone to this exact office in the past for tax help and the same people are not there, and i'd really just suggest everyone reading to not choose this place for your tax filing."

"Was pretty disappointed in the service. I made an appointment and was told that it would be not long so I wouldn't miss too much work. My taxes arent overly complicated and dont involve stocks or bitcoins etc so it should have been a pretty straight forward process but it got drawn out longer than was necessary. If the appointment was going to take longer they should have just said it so I could have planned accordingly instead of having to miss more time the day of. The refund was not great, which I get they have no control over but when I asked about a possible discount they rudely told off. A simple no would have sufficed. I would reccomend going to HR Block if you have complicated taxes or doing your own taxes if they arent complicated instead of wasting time just to be talked down to."

"Tracey is amazing! She carries the Dover office! She juggles numerous situations with a parent ease! While other associates struggled with what seemed to be simple situations, she stopped where she was help them, and picked up where she was at as if she had not left. If I had to say one bad thing, it would be that others at the office were not as fluid as she was, and this caused her to have to stop her work.
