"It's unfortunate that when I I sought his help for converting my simple IRA into my Roth I did not get the full information and process that I needed... So I got quite the surprise at tax time.... When he finished doing the conversion he never even emailed or called me to say it was done.... no courtesy follow-up from him to assure me everything was on track , or to tell me that there was still other pieces that needed to be taken care of. When I spoke to him regarding the conversation I had with an attorney he then started to tell me all of the things that we could have done... His remark to me, " I'm not going to call you every week," was so unprofessional then I'm doing a branch to Branch transfer. Michael may do a good job for some people but I always had to reach out to him and I only asked him one thing to do last year."
