I called quite a few times couple times in the parking lot just to see the secretary sitting here staring at the phone If you need your taxes done this is not the place to go....... UPDATE 4 months go by since I brokedown and collected my paperwork and I was surprised to see a bill for my undone taxes Ive been with Norm since he moved down and started this company must be 15 years or so by now last 4 or 5 have been terrible."

"Absolutely terrible service. We gave them our paperwork 3 months ago - taxes are due in 2 weeks and the guy still hasn't finished them. My husband called on 4 different occasions to try and figure out where they were with things and the secretary didn't know what was going on and the accountant himself was never available. Two days ago they said they'd be done soon and the secretary was supposed to call him back by the end of the day- she never called and he called 4 different times with no answer. Today he went in person to take our paperwork back so we can just do them ourselves so they aren't turned in late. The secretary was a half hour late opening the office up - another gentleman went in there before my husband and was yelling about his taxes. Then my husband went in and the secretary said she does not have access to the safe they keep our papers in. She told my husband the accountant who can would be in at 10 and she'd call him by the end of the day. My husband waited till 3 to call again - no response - I called no answer. I had to go in person and the same secretary claimed she never said the guy was in at 10 and he still hadn't taken the paperwork out. I could hear him chatting with a man in an office. I told her I would wait and was not leaving till I got our paperwork back. The accountant - Norm - was too cowardly to even address the situation himself. I now have our paperwork and we will be filing our taxes on our own."
