"I have now used Craig's services for my home. The first was a job I thought would just be hanging a curtain rod in a bathroom. None of the cheap expanding ones held for more than a couple of weeks. I asked if he could put a couple of screws into the tile, level it, and that was my request. He suggested that could damage tile, lead to cracking, and recommended sanding the surface of the tile and using an industrial strength glue. Three years later the shower curtain is still in place. Recently I called him for a range of things needing repair as we are selling the home. All pretty minor, but he took are of everything very efficiently with completely reasonable pricing."
