"It's the holiday season so they were super busy and as usual understaffed My one complaint is this one older lady that has taken it upon herself to be the anti-theft employee it wouldn't be so bad if she didn't just pick randoms out and treat them like she already knew that they were stealing! I understand it's the holidays and I also understand that theft is a bigger problem that most of us actually acknowledge but to treat people as though they are criminals before they've even done anything wrong is completely out of pocket she wouldn't like it if she was treated that way I'm a firm believer of you should treat others the way you would like to be treated."

"Cvs is consistently the worst pharmacy EVER dealt with. You can never get anyone on the phone. I have had numerous occasions where I’ve been on hold for 45min + only to be hung up on. The staff are completely incompetent from the cashier to the actual pharmacist. At one point the pharmacist gave me the wrong RX and I brought it up to the pharmacist after having tried calling several times and she basically asked me what I wanted her to do about it! I can only imagine how many patients they could have harmed or worse due to their incompetence and negligence. If your insurance allows (even if it doesn’t it’s worth the cost to get good safe care) find ANY other pharmacy to handle your important prescriptions!"

"I went to this location on 02/16/2022 due to a desperate need of a sewing kit, everything seemingly went smoothly but when looking at my bank account I was charged $53.55 most of which were for items not purchased. During my call with customer support the Store Manager was contacted who pulled the security video of the Self Checkout and said "You were the only one who used this register, were there with someone else and were charged correctly" (I was alone), this case got elevated to the DL who has yet to contact me almost 2 weeks out."

"The pharmacy is very unorganized, always a line and customer service lacks greatly on the phone. I recently received a phone call about auto refill for my prescription and I declined, the caller told me it would not be activated but I will be asked again when the time comes for refill. Today I got a notification that my prescription was ready ... that I did not order ...and on the phone they proceeded to tell me that auto fill wasn’t on and I HAD to have called it in. Did not say oh our mistake nor worries we will take care of this for you, just you must have called it in. I Chose this pharmacy due to distance from my home but I will not be returning for any future pharmacy services."
