"I was truly impressed by their customer service and professionalism. Came in because my dog had a severe allergic reaction to something and had hives all over her body. They did a very thorough exam and then were able to provide me with medication to help her. The next day, she had an open wound from scratching the hives, and they provided advice over the phone on how best to handle it. The wound is healing, the hives are mostly gone, and she's feeling better already!"

"I really like this place. Everyone who works there is super nice, and they actually care about your fur kids. This place is NOT a "treat them and street them" kind of place. When I walked in with my new kitten, everyone remembered me from last year and gave me condolences because they put my other cat down. That's how you know you've found a great place. They take their time to explain everything and make sure you understand everything. The prices are not wicked high, but remember, you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a few extra bucks knowing my fur baby is getting top quality care. So if you're looking to save money rather than save your animal, don't come to Bath Animal Hospital. Go to a cheap clinic. These people love your pet like you should."
