"So far, we have used Kim for boarding once and it was a great experience both for us and our dog Blue. She was kind and easy to work with, and the facility looked clean and neat. It is very nice to have someone in the Tamworth/Ossipee area for boarding. We have also been booked a couple other times and circumstances caused us to have to cancel on relatively short notice (a few days). I noticed an (unnecessarily) negative review here stating that Kim was upset about a cancellation, but I can say that she has been nothing but kind and accommodating on the occasions that we had to cancel."

"A person became very sick, and I had to cancel once I came home from dropping granddaughter off at school. The lady was kind of upset because we didn't cancel soon enough. I understand you have a business, but you didn't have to say that. Personally, I would have said thank you for letting me know and hope she feels better (after all, they weren't my dogs, and the person was too sick to lift her head. Then we finally got the one dog in. I gave her the paperwork on the dog shots. Well, come to find out the person that was sick grabbed the wrong paperwork. And the lady said to me, "Not happy with this paper she's not updated on shots," but you took the dog anyway. It's bad enough when you have to deal with sick people and try to get dogs out and have to deal with someone who just doesn't seem to care"

The kennel and grooming area is clean, she takes such care with the nervous animals when grooming making sure to make them feel as comfortable as possible.
