"My husband lost his job due to COVID19 and had some investments with your company (around $400). When we requested to withdraw it due to financial struggle, Baird took $200 fee for closing the account which is half of the withdrawal amount. We've used empower and Vanguard before and really loved them but you guys screwed us up big time and in the toughest moment of our life. We would never recommend anyone to do this kind of business with anyone which seems like a scam to me."
