"They started off strong and with excellent customer service however for the last 3 months I’ve seen no results. I’ve attempted to contact customer service several times to get an update on my account. I call, a person never answers and I get an automated text that no one ever responds to. I’ve been calling consistently for 2 weeks with no response to my call. At this point I feel as if I’ve had no results the last few months because no one is working on my account and they just want to continue to collect money me."

"I have been paying $120 per month for this service for nearly two years. At first, everything went smoothly. I was able to get a response from my account manager, generally in a timely manner. After a few months, my account was transferred to a new account manager. She has been horrible. I can not get a reply via email, text or phone call. I have asked for them to cancel my account for a couple of months. Yet here I am being charged again this month. All of their business phone numbers seem to be disconnected. I will be filing a formal complain against the company today."

"Important Update: Since starting my journey with Wolfgang Stuart, at the beginning: my scores were in the 400s. Now fast forward 5 months later, my score increased over 140 points and am now in the 600s! Woo! I am so glad to have them as a partner in this rebuilding journey. "So right out the gate within the first 2 weeks I was getting notifications that I had updates to my disputes and they were removed. I had been trying for the last 4 years to get these removed on my own and with another service and no luck. In my first month all 4 of my collections are gone, half of my inquiries are gone, and payment status are updated on a few accounts. What really blew my mind for a moment was when I got notified that my bankruptcy chapter 7 was removed. That jumped my score up like 75 points but then for some reason it got put back on again the next day. Next round of disputes just went out and it’s on there again so we shall see what happens. It’s not due to drop off for another 3 years."

"When I first started working with them I was a little skeptical okay I was a lot skeptical. But boy was I surprised when only 3 days after I started working with them my credit shot up 59 points. Today I'm proud to say that my score has gone up almost 167 points since I started a month ago. My goal was to have my score in the 620's and now my score is 649. I can't wait till I get to the 700 Club which I'm sure it won't be long for now."
