"I have been dealing with the clerks at Auburn Me office for months now. Leaving a message is useless because no one EVER calls you back, much less answers the phone. I have been trying to get my W2s from the last 3 years and have had no Luck. I even made appointments which when I’ve showed up, they are either closed and locked the doors, even when they say right on the door the hours of operation. I am at my whits end! I would Not EVER recommend this business to anyone!"

"Poor reason why I didn't get 1000 dollar loan. No effort put in at all. I'm a single father of three and will be just under 70000 for the year yet the excuse I was giving is I pay to much in rent so I don't qualify for loan... Horrible system is what I say. And just want to add I go thru hnr block for 20 years and as single father of three right before Christmas was still denied for a lousy 1000 dollar loan that they get back right off Rip as they already know what in getting back. Pathetic company and will now be seeking alternative moves with what I can hope will treat a loyal client with a lil more decency.."
