H&R Block

"Well they messed up somehow and, I had to wait the 21 days and then had to wait another 21 days. And still don't have it because, they didn't put my account number in correctly. Then I found out my address was wrong by 1 letter! Now I have an appointment which I have to wait 5 days for just to fix my address. Thought going there was going to make it easy to do my taxes. Apparently not!!! I'll never go there again"
