"Went in at 8am to get my pup groomed. Mathew the owner was so rude to me. First he said we are not a boarding facility so you can’t go to your doctors appointment. I told him I would be back by 1115-1130am. His reply, I’ll make this one exception. After that, he said in the future we don’t do big dogs in the morning next time book your appointment after 230pm. I said not my problem, I didn’t book the appointment your worker did. The booking said poodle. I was so upset that I called my doctors office and told them the situation. I also couldn’t leave my pup in the car. This is not the first time the owner Mathew has been rude to me. When they first opened, I took my pup in for self wash and my pup had an accident on one of the rugs. He went crazy on me. I feel sorry for the employees. I would go back, however I wouldn’t because of Mathew the owner. If you can’t deal with the public this is not the right business for you, plus you way over charge to shave a poodle. 150.00. Never again."

The location is very convenient, right next to Shaws on Rt 1 in Falmouth. I would highly recommend Maine Soggy Dog for all your dogs grooming needs!"

"Took my dog here today for a walk in nail trim. Worst job I've ever seen on his nails, a couple completely missed, some ragged, all cut at random angles. 20 bucks plus tip."
