"I thought it might be difficult to stay neutral, as I'm a truck driver who delivers to Ames, no, it's easy. I usually arrive an hour b4 they open & people see the truck & an open door & assume they're open, and I've been places where they've been told 'we're closed' not once in 7yrs have I seen him turn anyone away. He'll turn on the lights and say "how can I help you?" wish they were all like that, friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable service & quality products. I shop there and it's the good stuff. Family owned and freindly for real. Glad it's my first stop of the week, gets me in a good mood!"
