Reviews of RDCP Law
"I am writing this review to share my concerns about the experience my brother had with Lisa Chmelecki. Several aspects of the Guardian ad Litem's conduct raised serious concerns about impartiality and professionalism. -Bias against father: It was evident throughout the proceedings that Lisa displayed a consistent bias against the father. Despite the need for an objective assessment, there seemed to be a predisposition to favor one party, which compromised the fairness of the entire process. -Changing Recommendation: A particularly troubling development was the change in Lisa's recommendation regarding child custody after being accused of bias from the mother. The sudden shift immediately raised concerns about the integrity of Lisa’s role as Guardian ad Litem's and the independence/objectivity of her decision-making process. -Aggressive Cross-Examination: As a supposed neutral and objective third party, Lisa engaged in an unexpectedly aggressive cross-examination of my brother in court. This approach is contrary to the expected role of a Guardian ad Litem, given it was clear just how one-sided she was. Bystanders watching the trial were shocked and thought she was more aggressive than my brother’s ex-wife's own lawyer — and she’s supposed to be an unbiased party. It was like my brother had two lawyers against him vs. one. Lisa’s job was to protect the children, but she was swayed by external pressures. If you’re looking for an objective third party, stay away."
"Called and called and was told I’d get a call back or a referral and neither has ever happened. Good Luck"
"I had the privilege of working with lawyer Mehron Buerger for my harassment order case, and I cannot praise him enough. Mehron's handling of the case was nothing short of excellent. He was thorough, maintained open lines of communication, and, most importantly, displayed honesty and empathy throughout the process. I never felt that there was anything lacking in his representation. I wholeheartedly recommend Mehron to anyone in need of legal assistance. His honesty and empathy are truly rare qualities in an attorney. He went above and beyond by providing valuable advice, even after the case was resolved. It's quite unusual to find a lawyer who offers free advice, and Mehron did just that. Mehron Buerger is a remarkable professional who genuinely makes a difference in people's lives, prioritizing their well-being over financial gain. I wish him nothing but the best for his outstanding commitment to his clients and his ethical approach to the practice of law."
"The people who work for this law firm simply don't know what's going on"
"I was referred to Lisa through a dear friend and I could not have asked for a better lawyer. She truly cares about her clients and their individual situations. Immediately upon stepping into the firm I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable and at ease. The practice is bright, modern and very professional. This team is wonderful and I highly recommend them!"
