"I have used MW Sewall for over 10 years and never once had an issue with them. The office staff has always been very friendly and always got my propane delivery when I said I was going to. Well we just found propane at a cheaper price and from a local company so we switched over. I had MW Sewall come out to pick up their propane tanks and I got a bill for $70. I have to pay them to pick up their own tanks. Seems a little ridiculous to me. I get I had to pay to have them delivered, I paid to use them monthly but I have to pay them to pick up their tanks. I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future."

"Horrible customer service! I just bought my tanks from them and they quoted $287.9 per gallon in the letter dated 8/1/22 since I was going to be owning my own tanks. I was informed by “Paula Alexander, GM/HR” that the price changed to $319.9 back in June and that they would not honor the price quoted in the letter, but they would give me the $319.9 price if I was interested. This is the same company that went bankrupt 10 years ago. They clearly haven’t learned from their past business dealings and have no interest in doing what it takes to honor their word or please their customers. I asked if they could honor the $287.9 price for just one fill-up the next time it was needed and they would not do that either. If you are in the market for propane, run to anyone else, but M. W. Sewall. One cannot rely on their word."
