Reviews of Holmes Legal Group, LLC - Holmes Letourneau Sawyer Thibodeau
"I've been extremely fortunate to have Pamela Holmes as my counsel . I survived a very abusive marriage and difficult divorce. I will forever be grateful for how she consistently and compassionately advocates for me and my children. If you are looking for an honest, kind and sincere lawyer who will represent you and your case in the court room, (and out) with the highest level of integrity. I strongly recommend Pamela Holmes. If I am ever in need of a lawyer again. ( I hope I am not) I will definitely use her DEFINITELY +++five stars Finally free"
"Pamela and her staff was fantastic. Pam stepped in for a legal situation that I was too intimidated to settle and we won. I am beyond grateful! Thank you SO MUCH!"
"Brittany Sawyer & her staff were completely amazing to work with. They made every step & process as easy as getting divorced possibly can be. She was there for me every step of the way & never made me feel like a child when answering my questions. That was one of the most important things to me. She would reorganize her schedule when it was necessary & made the sure the court was aware when she wasn't able to rearrange her schedule. She is a very kind individual who will stand up for you & make sure that you get the representation you need. I'm hoping to never need her services again but I know if I ever did, she would 100% be the person I would be reaching out to. Thank you again for everything! Moesha Harrington"
"Brittany S. was a guardian at litem for one of our foster kiddos and by far the most caring, compassionate, attorneys I've had experience with to date. As Foster parents she was our 5th one we've worked with and by far the best. She fights for what's in the best interest of the children no matter what that looks like. She is open to suggestions and listens to your concerns and will do whatever to make sure the outcome is the best one for all involved. If we had it our way Brittany would be the only GAL we would have for future placements. If you want someone that cares about kids and is willing to go the distance for her clients she's the best one for the job!"
"We used Pamela Holmes as a GAL 13 years ago. The absolute bias and ineffiency of her during our court case was absurd. We had evidence that the child's step father to be was abusive, her mother was speading false information to her then 4 year old child (brain washing her to not want her father in her life) and so much more. She completely sided with the mother stating taking the child away from her father and moving her across the country was in her best interest. Once they moved, the mother all but cut this child's father out of her life and she has since received the most poor education living in a dead end town with no opportunity. Here was a loving involved father that wanted to continue to be in his child's life but Pamela felt the mom should get her way as she talked to the child about the move and got the child's hopes up. So a 4 year old gets to decide what's best for her when a mother is clearly brain washing her? They also never married which was the whole reason for uprooting the child. Nor did they live in a beautiful home as they stated during the court case, in fact they moved to what looked like a third world country. She didn't interview anyone on the father's side of the family, other than myself and the father. Talked to everyone on the mother's side which were not fans of the father. Believed every single lie the mother said. I would absolutely never hire her or recommend her to anyone. Especially if you are looking for a fair and unbiased GAL. She did not do her job at all. Hope she is proud of herself for ruining a relationship between a child and her father and separating them. Edit in response to their below reply: Due to the privacy of the family involved, I do not find it necessary to disclose their name but yes, I was absolutely involved in this court case 13 years ago which Pamela represented. I personally talked to her about my concerns about a happy well adjusted 4 year old being ripped from her father and brought to another state that is across the country. Stating that this would severely impact the relationship between a child and her father and that as a GAL that is supposed to be acting in the best interest of the child, the best interest was to keep a loving, committed father as a stable part of her life. Clearly, she did not care what I had to say. None of what Pamela Holmes did was in the best interest of the child but in the best interest of the selfish mother that took her child from all her family that she had known consistently for the first four years of her life. She will argue that she does not make the decision but that the judge does. Her report is absolutely what caused the judge to allow the child to be taken away from her father. I will not remove this review as it 100% accurate and everyone should be allowed to know the truth of whom they may potentially be hiring. If you are mother looking to go after the father, sure, hire her, as she is clearly biased for the mother."
